Raiders WR Amari Cooper Looking Good to Play Monday vs Eagles

Raiders wide receiver Amari Cooper returned to practice on Friday and is on track to play in the team’s Christmas night game against the Philadelphia Eagles according to Michael Gehlken of the Las Vegas Review-Journal.

Cooper suffered the dreaded high-ankle sprain after only 14 snaps in the team’s Week 14 road game against the kansas City Chiefs and was inactive for last week’s loss to the Cowboys. Even if he is able to suit up for MNF, Cooper is not a reliable fantasy option.

He has had a horrible third season in the NFL-the time when the careers of most top wideouts take flight-and has post only 42 catches for 499 yards and five touchdowns. Even worse, 210 of those yards came in only one games. The Raiders are going to have to take a close look at their personnel on both sides of the ball this offseason and basically everyone but Khalil Mack and the punter have disappointed
