Raider’s recievers are hurtin..

The Oakland Raiders WR corps took another hit Thursday in the season pre-season opener against the Arizonia Cardinals as Chaz Schillens went down with an injury to his knee.  Schilens will be evaluated week to week, coach Hue Jackson said Saturday. Schilens has missed significant time the past 2 seasons after breaking his foot in practice in 2009 and having knee surgery last August.  This new injury means that the Raiders are missing both starting wideouts as Louis Murphy is currently out as well with a hamstring injury.  Add to that the fact that Jacoby Ford is out at least 2 weeks with a broken left hand and Darrius Heyward-Bey has also missed time due to injury and the Oakland WR corps is thin with only rookie Denarius Moore playing at 100%.

Hopefully all these injuries will clear up soon and the team will have all thier recievers healthy and ready to play Denver in the season opener on Sept 12.
