ESPN Reports Michael Bush arrested

ESPN is reporting that Oakland Raider running back Michael Bush was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving in Clarksville, Ind., according to the San Jose Mercury News.  Reports indicate that Bush was pulled over for a  traffic violation in Jeffersonville, Ind., at 3:47 a.m Saturday morning.  Bush was booked into the Clark County jail and released on his own recognizance later that afternoon.

Bush rushed for a career-high 655 yards on 158 carries, scored eight touchdowns, and teamed with Darren McFadden to help give the Raiders the NFL’s second-ranked running game this past season.

Pending a collective bargaining agreement, Bush is scheduled for free agency this offseason. The Raiders drafted him in the fourth round in 2007.
