Posted in The SF Chronicle reports that the Raiders have dumped Terdell Sands and Ryan Boschetti:
The Raiders have informed defensive tackles Terdell Sands and Ryan Boschetti they will be released, a league source told The Chronicle. Sands was due $1.6 million so they save some money, but he already collected on a $1.9 million bonus in the offseason. The Raiders gave him a four-year, $17 million contract in 2007 but Sands never lived up to the deal.
