Raider left tackle Mario Henderson has taken a big step forward off the field in his NFL career, signing on with super agent Drew Rosenhaus. The agent broke the news on Monday on his personal Twitter page.

Henderson was a third-round pick in 2007, and played well after taking over for Kwame Harris for the final three games of last season. Henderson didn’t give up a sack as a starter, and should be back at the spot in the 2009 season.
