The Raiders signed tight end Darrell Strong to the 53-man roster Saturday and he is expected to be active and playing on special teams in the home finale against the Houston Texans. To make room, the Raiders put wide receiver Ashley Lelie, who didn’t practice all week with a calf injury, on injured reserve, meaning he will miss the last two games.
