Who would be so stupid as to want the job? The defense blew it on coverage and missed tackles in the fourth. The Defensive line does not have the stamina to play 4 quarters (Quite obvious) The offensive line does not have the stamina to play 4 quarters (quite obvious) This team is out of shape and can not stay focused for 4 quarters.Poor drafting and acquisitions. Don’t blame Kiffin this is not his team. Who would want this assortment of debris?

Raiders played well enough to win for 3 quarters, however, Kiffen had 3 dimes on the Chargers. Hence the 50 yd scamper by LT with less than 2min left in the game to cover the 8 pts.
Raiders got a solid D. Once O comes together, they’ll compete for division.
