Kelly Arrested and Charged with Driving Under the Influence

Raiders DT Tommy Kelly was arrested on Monday night and charged with driving under the influence.  The report says that a spokesman for the Oakland police department confirmed the arrest, which occurred one day after the Raiders’ 23-8 victory in Kansas City.  Against the Chiefs, Kelly had two tackles.  He signed a seven-year contract worth a reported $50.5 million with the Raiders in February.
