		<description>Maybe Al wants Rob Ryan to run things eventually and plans to let James Lofton take on the defensive tasks. I like that. It&#039;s kind of like grooming a coach to take over. When was the last time you saw a college coach come in and light the NFL on fire anyway? Forget about Kiff, he&#039;s just part of the rebuild project. Rob is the man and soon you&#039;ll all be talking about how great a choice it was.</description>
