Raiders Would Like to Work Something Out with Kelly

Look for the Raiders to make a strong effort to re-sign free agent to be defensive lineman Tommy Kelly this offseason. The Oakland Tribune is reporting that the team would like to have Kelly back, as despite spending most of 07 on the IR, in the past he has been one of the Raiders best when it comes to stopping the run. The paper reports that with the ACL injury that put him on the shelf, it’s likely that Kelly will sign a short-term deal with incentives to come back to the Silver and Black.
