Raiders Hang Tough; Fall to Colts Late 21-14

Peyton Manning went 22-of-39 passing for 276 yards with a touchdown and an interception while T.J. Rushing returned a punt 90 yards for a score as the Indianapolis Colts beat the Oakland Raiders, 21-14, at McAfee Coliseum. Anthony Gonzalez added seven receptions for 86 yards and touchdown for the Colts, who improved to 12-and-2 on the season while wrapping up the AFC South title and a first-round bye in the playoffs. Also, the Colts became the first team in NFL history to record five straight seasons with at least 12 victories. In the loss, Josh McCown went 13-of-24 passing for just 94 yards and a touchdown while JaMarcus Russell saw limited action– playing three series and completing two of five passes for 10 yards. Justin Fargas ran 26 times for 89 yards and a score to give him his first career 1,000-yard season (1,009). The Raiders are on the road this Sunday to battle the Jacksonville Jaguars.
