Running back Justin Fargas could miss the final two games of the season after suffering a knee injury during Sunday’s 21-14 loss to Indianapolis. Fargas had just tied the game with a tough two-yard run for a touchdown early in the fourth quarter but was seen moments later on the training table behind the bench. The 27-year old Fargas would not return and was later described to have suffered a sprained medial collateral ligament (MCL). Fargas finished the day with 26 carries for 89 yards– pushing him over the 1,000-yard plateau (1,009) for the first time in his five-year NFL career. LaMont Jordan and Dominic Rhodes are expected to split time in the backfield for the remainder of the season.
