The Raiders appear to finally have their quarterback of the future in the fold.  The “Oakland Tribune” reports the Raiders have agreed in principle to a six-year contract with JaMarcus Russell, the first-overall pick in this year’s NFL Draft.  The deal is expected to officially be signed later today once Russell completes a physical exam.  The LSU product will reportedly earn at least $31-million in guaranteed money, with a maximum total value of $68-million.  Russell could practice with Oakland for the first time on Wednesday.
