The Oakland Raiders have announced that they have reached an injury settlement with rookie seventh-round pick, wide receiver Jonathan Holland, and have subsequently waived him. Sources say that if Holland clears waivers, he may be placed on injured reserve by the team. He injured his shoulder during the teams first minicamp this past spring.
